Marcum’s Nursery winter fundraising is here to help spread Christmas cheer to all your organization’s loyal supporters!

- Connect with us and set up your organization’s customized selling page on Marcum’s Nursery’s website
- Share the link and spread the word to send supporters to your sales page
- Host a pick up day where supporters can pick up thier Christmas goodies
- Get paid!
2026 WINTER FUNDRAISER DATES
Pre-Sale Period Begins | Friday, September 18th
Last Day for Online Orders | Monday, November 16th
Pick Up/Delivery Week | Saturday, November 28th – Saturday, December 8th
Please Note: Pick Up/Delivery will not be avaliable Sunday, November 29th
MINIMUM
Winter 2026 fundraising organizations must sell at least 50 items to receive the discounted fundraising pricing and maximum commission per item. See pricing breakdown below for details.
ORDER DELIVERY
Want to take the hassle out of transporting fragile poinsettias and mini evergreens? Let us give you a quote!
- Cost per mile round trip: $1.50 per mile or $50.00 minimum
- 300 items is max trailer capacity – your fundraiser may require multiple trips or trailers
- Items are packaged from Marcum’s Nursery OKC
- Delivery date must be scheduled prior to fundraiser start
ORDER PICK UP
Want to save on delivery and pick up your organization’s order? We are happy to help you load!
- Covered trucks, Covered trailers or SUVs are required to transport fragile poinsettias and mini evergreens – no open beds
- Orders must be picked up all at one time from Marcum’s Nursery OKC
- Marcum’s Nursery does not accept individual order pick up
- Pick up date must be scheduled prior to fundraiser start
PAYOUT
Upon item pick up or delivery Marcum’s Nursery will provide a check to your organization with your earnings.
ORDER TRACKING
Each time a sale is made on your organization’s behalf you as the fundraiser coordinator will receive an email confirmation. At the conclusion of your fundraiser, you will receive a master list summarizing your sales and earnings.

MINI ROSEMARY TREE
The Tuscan Blue Rosemary pyramid tree is a classic for the most wonderful time of the year and makes for the perfect “living Christmas tree”. It’s also a fabulous gift for all the culinary artists in your life as it can also provide a flavorful herb in the kitchen!
Size: The fundraising Tuscan Blue Rosemary pyramid tree comes in an 8″ container and ranges from 15″-17″ tall.

Organizations that sell 50 items or more will make $10.00 per mini rosemary tree sold. Total mini rosemary tree sales CAN be combined with other winter item sales to reach 50 items. Example – 15 mini rosemary trees, 15 mini holiday lemon cypress trees and 20 poinsettias sold would recieve a FULL commission per item.

POINSETTIAS WITH FOIL WRAP
Marcum’s Nursery florist quality poinsettias are 6.5″ inches in diameter. Blooms range from 4″-7″ and poinsettia height is 15″-17″. All poinsettias come dressed in a festive foil wrap and are travel-ready in a protective transport sleeve.
